Sprouts Green gram masala gravy | Healthy Receipe | South Indian
Greengram (Mung beans, பச்சைப்பயறு, ചെറുപയർ, ಸಿರುಗ್ರಾಂ, పెసర, हरा and चना) are small green beans that belong to the legume family.

Mung beans are incredibly versatile and typically eaten in gravies, salads, soups and stir frys. They’re high in nutrients.
Ingrediants:
Sprouted Green Gram -1 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Tomato-2 chopped
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder -1tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Cumin seeds / Jeera - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar -1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Keep the sprouted greem gram ready.
Heat oil and ghee in a kadai.
Crackle some cumin seeds.
Add in onions and cook till golden.
Add in all spice powders and mix well.
Add the tomatoes and cook till mush.
Add required amount of water and bring that to boil.
Add in the sprouts and mix well.
Season with salt.
Simmer this for 10 mins.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve with roti, chapathi's or rice.
